The Encompas Care Managers are the primary contact for OPPA members who reach out to the program for support. The Care Managers are each member’s service navigator, their mental health services advocate, and someone who will regularly check-in with them.
For over ten years, Lee-Anne provided mental health support to an Ontario school board, and she volunteers with Kids Help Phone Canada as a crisis text counsellor.
Her experience and training in high-stress situations, suicide prevention and other mental health issues are powerful assets to the team. Krista is continuing her education in mental health care.
Among other qualifications, Stefania holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Family and Community Social Services and a post-graduate certificate in addictions and mental health. She is also trained in mental health first aid and LivingWorks Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
Marina-Gabrielle earned an Honours diploma in Mental Health and Addictions from Ontario’s Canadore College. During her time at Canadore, she was honoured to facilitate therapeutic groups for the Canadore Pride Group.
Her education and experience make her a valuable addition to the Encompas team.
Trained specifically in supporting first responders, Jim has been an invaluable resource to OPPA members since the inception of the Encompas program. His experience and expertise will continue to be a positive force for the team.
She worked as a Personal Injury Coordinator in Canada prior to joining Encompas. Flor’s exceptional education, knowledge and experience are an extraordinary benefit to the Encompas program.

To pursue her current career, Gloria earned a Bachelor of Arts – Honours Psychology degree and a post-graduate certificate in research analysis. Through her education, she became a practitioner of EBM or Evidence-Based Decision Making, which uses three major components for medical decision making: 1) the best external evidence, 2) individual practitioner’s clinical expertise, and 3) patients’ preference.
Gloria is a proactive contributor to the Encompas team.
