The Encompas Care Managers are the primary contact for OPPA members who reach out to the program for support. The Care Managers are each member’s service navigator, their mental health services advocate, and someone who will regularly check-in with them. 

Monika A
Monika Abdelmaseh is an Honours B.A.Sc. Human Behaviour (Psychology) graduate from McMaster University. During her time there she also obtained a Minor in Health & Aging, and completed the safeTALK workshop in suicided alertness in September 2018 with LivingWorks Education. More recently, she completed the Working Effectively with Police Officers and Other First Responders Training in March 2020 with Dalton Associates.
Krista G
Krista G graduated from Law Enforcement with honors and continued her career by taking Emergency Communications. Krista has with First Responders for the past 10 years, and has worked as a 911 Emergency Communications officer. Krista has experience dealing with high stress situations, Suicide Prevention as well as Mental Health Issues.
Sheenan S
Sheenan S completed her education in Emergency Telecommunications from Durham College. She has a diverse background in customer service, administrative work and crisis communications. She has worked for the Peel Regional Police as an emergency call dispatcher and has completed a placement at Spectra in Brampton, where she assisted clients with crisis de-escalation, mental health, and resource referral.
Flor G. MD/MS
Dr. Flor G works as a Recovery Facilitator at OSI and has a very unique background with clinical experience as well as administrative. She has occupied roles such as serving as a Country Program Manager for Health Care NGO in the Dominican Republic, developing health-related projects. Dr. Guzman graduated from medical school in the D.R, where she worked in the public and private healthcare system. She also holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration, which adds a great asset to the disability management marketplace and our organization. She worked as a Personal Injury Coordinator, a position that opened the floor for her disability management experience over the years.
Tiffany K
Tiffany has over 7 years’ experience in Psychology, specifically in Organizational Psychology and Neuropsychology. Her most recent experience with disability management was administering assessments to clients and gathering information about the client’s psychological and cognitive state for Independent Medical Evaluations. While assessing the client’s functional and cognitive abilities, and their concerns in regards to daily living and workplace continuation needs, this gave Tiffany an opportunity to interact with an array of individuals dealing with physical and mental health disabilities. Customer care is seen as an essential aspect of how Tiffany interacts with clients and all individuals.

Tiffany’s educational experience includes an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Toronto. She believes that mental health and physical health influence each other and everyone should have the opportunity to better their life and improve their abilities and wellbeing. Tiffany’s passion within disability management comes from the desire to make an impact with individuals who are suffering.

Sydney M
Sydney M. has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Mental Health and Disability Management. Sydney’s current role here at Organizational Solutions Inc. is a Disability Management Associate. Part of the role includes working alongside Disability Management Specialists to help individuals return to work. This role falls in accordance with the company’s brand of “the right care, at the right time, for the right outcome”. This brand fits well with Sydney’s personal goals, which are to provide the right care to help ensure a timely return to work for each individual, as well as realizing each case is unique and treating each individual as a priority. In addition to these goals, some of the certifications that Sydney possess include Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training, SAFE Talk Suicide Prevention Training, and CPR and First Aid. Sydney believes that these credentials will help achieve a higher level of success within the company!
Gloria G
Gloria has an Honor’s Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Research Analysis. During her education she developed an interest in the evidence-based decision making used among various professional disciplines. She has years of experience working in client-facing roles, providing meaningful customer service and gaining experience working with diverse populations. She is looking to expand her experience and utilize new tools used for personable recovery facilitation.
