Votre c\u0153ur peut battre plus vite, votre visage peut rougir et vous pouvez peut-\u00eatre \u00e9prouver une sensation d\u2019avoir des \u00ab papillons \u00bb dans l'estomac. Ce type d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 est sain; il nous emp\u00eache d'entrer ou de rester dans des situations dangereuses ou mena\u00e7antes pour notre vie. Cette anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 passe \u00e9ventuellement, et se r\u00e9sout g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une fois que nous sommes sortis de la situation de danger.<\/p>\n<p>L'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 devient un probl\u00e8me lorsque vous ressentez une inqui\u00e9tude et une nervosit\u00e9 excessives par rapport \u00e0 des choses normales de la vie de tous les jours, pendant une p\u00e9riode de temps prolong\u00e9e (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus de 6 mois). Les personnes atteintes de trouble d'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e (TAG) craignent souvent le pire en mati\u00e8re de relations, de finances, d'emploi ou de sant\u00e9. Leur peur est persistante et n'est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas r\u00e9aliste, ce qui les am\u00e8ne \u00e0 vivre une d\u00e9tresse qui rend le fait de profiter de la vie difficile.<\/p>\n<p>Le TAG est une chose courante et peut toucher n'importe qui, ind\u00e9pendamment de l'\u00e2ge, du sexe et du statut socio\u00e9conomique. Cependant, le traitement peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer efficace pour aider les personnes atteintes de TAG \u00e0 recommencer \u00e0 profiter de la vie.
