Tout le monde ressent le \u00ab blues \u00bb de temps en temps. La plupart du temps, la tristesse survient \u00e0 la suite d'une situation qui se produit dans nos vies. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, la tristesse passe et se r\u00e9sout avec le temps.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque vous souffrez de d\u00e9pression, vous vivez plus que de la simple tristesse passag\u00e8re. La d\u00e9pression, c'est quand vous ressentez un d\u00e9sespoir s\u00e9v\u00e8re sur une longue p\u00e9riode de temps. Elle affecte tous les aspects de votre vie, y compris votre sant\u00e9 mentale, votre sant\u00e9 physique, vos relations, votre travail et vos objectifs personnels. En tant qu'\u00e9motion hypo-excitante, la d\u00e9pression vous enl\u00e8ve de l'\u00e9nergie, ce qui rend difficile l'accomplissement de vos t\u00e2ches quotidiennes normales. La d\u00e9pression est extr\u00eamement courante et peut toucher n'importe qui, ind\u00e9pendamment de l'\u00e2ge, du sexe et du statut socio\u00e9conomique. On pense que de nombreux facteurs diff\u00e9rents provoquent la d\u00e9pression, notamment la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, les ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents familiaux, les facteurs environnementaux, les facteurs situationnels, la personnalit\u00e9 et les changements et d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 physique. Bien que la d\u00e9pression ne disparaisse peut-\u00eatre pas d'elle-m\u00eame, avec un soutien professionnel, elle est tout \u00e0 fait traitable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sympt\u00f4mes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les sympt\u00f4mes suivants sont courants chez les personnes qui souffrent de d\u00e9pression :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tristesse<\/li>\n<li>Perte d'int\u00e9r\u00eat ou de plaisir<\/li>\n<li>Faible estime de soi<\/li>\n<li>Sentiments de culpabilit\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Sentiment de d\u00e9sespoir<\/li>\n<li>Mauvaise concentration et \/ ou mauvaise m\u00e9moire<\/li>\n<li>Troubles du sommeil<\/li>\n<li>Changements d\u2019app\u00e9tit et \/ ou de poids<\/li>\n<li>Maux et douleurs<\/li>\n<li>Maux de t\u00eate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Traitement<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sans traitement, la d\u00e9pression peut durer longtemps et peut ne jamais \u00eatre compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9solue. Si vous souffrez de tristesse ou de d\u00e9pression, voici quelques \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><em>Concentrez-vous sur ce que vous pouvez contr\u00f4ler<\/em>. Souvent, les t\u00e2ches consistant \u00e0 sortir du lit et \u00e0 se brosser les dents peuvent \u00eatre de grands accomplissements.
