Notre corps ne peut pas passer par les \u00e9tapes appropri\u00e9es du sommeil et ne nous permet donc pas de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer notre \u00e9nergie et de reposer notre esprit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sympt\u00f4mes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques signes et sympt\u00f4mes courants pouvant montrer que le manque de sommeil repr\u00e9sente un probl\u00e8me dans votre vie :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensation de ne pas s\u2019\u00eatre bien repos\u00e9 au r\u00e9veil (par exemple, sensation de fatigue apr\u00e8s 8 heures de sommeil)<\/li>\n<li>Incapacit\u00e9 de s'endormir ou de rester endormi toute la nuit<\/li>\n<li>Vous tournez et vous retournez pendant la majeure partie de la nuit? Pour ceux ou celles d'entre vous qui ont du mal \u00e0 s'endormir, il faudra peut-\u00eatre revoir votre routine du coucher. \u00ab Une routine du coucher? \u00bb, demandez-vous. Oui, en tant qu'adultes, nous avons encore besoin de routines au moment de nous coucher. Ce sont des routines qui pr\u00e9parent votre corps et votre esprit \u00e0 une bonne nuit de sommeil.<\/li>\n<li>Vous r\u00e9veillez-vous au milieu de la nuit? Si vous r\u00e9veillez au milieu de la nuit et que vous ne pouvez pas vous rendormir, il est important de d\u00e9terminer la cause de ce r\u00e9veil. Est-ce en raison de cauchemars ou est-ce la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de vider votre vessie? Quoi qu'il en soit, au lieu de tourner et de vous retourner (ce qui entra\u00eene souvent une anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 accrue et une inqui\u00e9tude d'\u00eatre fatigu\u00e9 le lendemain), sortez du lit et distrayez-vous jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous vous sentiez \u00e0 nouveau fatigu\u00e9. Ne restez jamais au lit \u00e0 tourner et \u00e0 vous retourner pendant plus de 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Quelques conseils suppl\u00e9mentaires pour dormir<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saviez-vous que ce que vous mangez affecte votre sommeil?
