Nous nous effor\u00e7ons de rencontrer chaque personne l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle en est et de la traiter avec dignit\u00e9 et respect.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les membres cherchent du soutien, ils sont mis en relation avec un gestionnaire de soins d\u00e9di\u00e9 qui fournit des conseils continus et d\u00e9fend leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats en fonction de plans de soins individualis\u00e9s. L'\u00e9quipe de gestion des soins est compos\u00e9e de personnel issu de divers horizons, communaut\u00e9s et exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues. L'\u00e9quipe regroupe \u00e9galement des personnes ayant des parcours professionnels vari\u00e9s, notamment des policiers retrait\u00e9s, des membres de la famille du personnel de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique, du personnel de r\u00e9partition\/communication d'urgence, des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 r\u00e9glement\u00e9s, des cliniciens en sant\u00e9 mentale et des intervenants en soutien de crise. Dans cette vision de services s\u00e9curitaires et accessibles, nous, chez Dalton Associates, poursuivons notre \u00e9volution pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience qui reconna\u00eet pleinement les exp\u00e9riences uniques et v\u00e9cues des personnes que nous servons, en veillant \u00e0 ce que celles issues de communaut\u00e9s marginalis\u00e9es et racis\u00e9es soient vues, entendues et soutenues de mani\u00e8re significative.<\/p>\n<p>Des soins de qualit\u00e9 reposent sur l'\u00e9coute, l'apprentissage et le partage. Dans le cadre de nos efforts continus pour am\u00e9liorer nos pratiques en mati\u00e8re d'\u00c9DI, nous nous engageons \u00e0 :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accro\u00eetre le recrutement de personnel d\u2019Encompas refl\u00e9tant les populations diversifi\u00e9es que nous soutenons, y compris les communaut\u00e9s sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Offrir une formation continue sur la sensibilit\u00e9 culturelle, l'humilit\u00e9 culturelle, les pratiques anti-oppressives et les soins tenant compte des traumatismes.<\/li>\n<li>Travailler activement \u00e0 mieux comprendre et respecter les identit\u00e9s culturelles et sociales uniques de toutes les personnes que nous servons et employons, y compris les d\u00e9fis en sant\u00e9 mentale d\u00e9coulant des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s syst\u00e9miques et des stigmates culturels.<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9er des espaces s\u00e9curitaires pour que nos cliniciens en sant\u00e9 mentale puissent partager leurs exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues et leurs identit\u00e9s crois\u00e9es, s\u2019ils le souhaitent, afin de d\u00e9velopper un r\u00e9seau plus repr\u00e9sentatif qui soutient pleinement le choix des membres.<\/li>\n<li>Mieux comprendre les complexit\u00e9s de l'identit\u00e9 et du sentiment d'appartenance, ainsi que les nombreuses fa\u00e7ons dont les identit\u00e9s sociales peuvent se chevaucher et s'entrecroiser. Cet apprentissage continu inclut une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de l\u2019impact de l\u2019intersectionnalit\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sultats en sant\u00e9 mentale et sur les exp\u00e9riences de stigmatisation, d\u2019oppression et de discrimination.<\/li>\n<li>Inviter les retours afin de garantir que nos soins restent adapt\u00e9s aux exp\u00e9riences v\u00e9cues, tant personnelles que professionnelles, de nos membres.<\/li>\n<li>Engager un dialogue collaboratif avec le comit\u00e9 directeur \u00c9DI de l\u2019OPPA et de l\u2019OPP afin d\u2019aligner et de soutenir mutuellement nos communications et initiatives lorsque possible.
