L'objectif est de tirer des le\u00e7ons des choses qui ne fonctionnent pas et de s'entra\u00eener \u00e0 appliquer certaines techniques que vous apprendrez dans ces modules afin de faire face aux d\u00e9fis rencontr\u00e9s avec votre partenaire et de repartir sur des meilleures bases dans votre relation.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s <strong>l'introduction<\/strong>, <strong>le module 2<\/strong> traite de la relation <em>entre les pens\u00e9es<\/em> tel <em>, les \u00e9motions et les comportements.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Le module 3<\/strong> se penche ensuite sur <em>la communication<\/em>. Vous aurez l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de remplir une liste de contr\u00f4le des styles de communication qui r\u00e9v\u00e8lera si votre style de communication est passif agressif, agressif, affirmatif ou passif.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le module 4<\/strong> d\u00e9crit <em>es cycles n\u00e9gatifs auxquels<\/em> nous pouvons \u00eatre confront\u00e9s avec notre partenaire et indique comment les relations pass\u00e9es affectent la fa\u00e7on dont nous faisons confiance et vivons notre relation actuelle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le module 5<\/strong> se concentre sur <em>de la confiance<\/em> des liens et de l'attachement dans les relations et vous encourage \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur la valeur de la confiance ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des tactiques pour renforcer la confiance dans votre propre relation. Ce module comprend un \u00ab quizz d'amour \u00bb pour vous donner un aper\u00e7u de votre \u00ab m\u00e9trique de confiance \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le module 6<\/strong> aborde les <em>Conflit<\/em>. La recherche montre que c'est la fa\u00e7on dont nous g\u00e9rons les conflits avec notre partenaire qui pr\u00e9dit le succ\u00e8s ou l'\u00e9chec d\u2019une relation, plut\u00f4t que le fait d\u2019AVOIR ou non un conflit. en d'autres termes, abandonner l'\u00e9nergie li\u00e9e aux probl\u00e8mes qui n'ont peut-\u00eatre pas pu \u00eatre r\u00e9solus par des conversations ou par la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes.
