The Stable Grounds is hosting 3-night and one week wellness retreats for first responders in July. The retreats aim to increase self-awareness and mental readiness for positive change. Each session is limited to ten residential participants. The retreat is located at 22678 Johnston Line, Rodney, ON N0L 2C0.

3 Night Sessions

An experiential taste of the treatment experience. This retreat allows individuals to ‘dip their toe’ into treatment and is less intense than the one-week sessions.

One Week Sessions

A comprehensive look at the individual. This retreat increases self-awareness and motivation to determine and navigate their pathway forward.

Females Only

July 11 (4pm Arrival) – July 17 (9am Departure)

Males Only

July 18 (4pm Arrival) – July 24 (9am Departure)
