Kelly has a Masters of Counselling degree and utilizes a psychodynamic psychotherapeutic approach to support her client’s in making connections between their lived experiences and current life challenges and struggles. Using this information Kelly works with her clients to develop attainable goals and strategies to move forward in their journey in a healthy and mindful manner. She has experience supporting clients with a variety of challenges including anxiety and depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity and self-esteem development.

Kelly also has extensive experience supporting children and youth who are struggling with changes in family dynamics, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and behavioural concerns. She utilizes an eclectic range of strategies to support her clients, including play and narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and relaxation and mindfulness techniques.

Kelly is a Registered Psychotherapists with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP) and a Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
