Lindsay has experience supporting and counselling adults, adolescents and children who are experiencing various mental health issues such as; Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder. Lindsay strives to support those who have experienced trauma, abuse, divorce and loss. She uses evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Strength-Based Therapy. Lindsay is also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy for Post Traumatic Stress. Lindsay is qualified to offer education and support for the “Beyond Consequences” approach which is a program for parents/guardians of children who have behavioural difficulties or experienced trauma.
