Rosalind believes we all have a fundamental understanding of ourselves and know what do to in most situations, however, there are times in life when circumstances become complicated and we feel stuck or lost and need guidance to move forward. For the past 30 years, Rosalind has provided therapeutic assistance to individuals and families for mental health and addiction, chronic illness and other major life events. Rosalind has also provided specialized services for Indigenous peoples, first responders and their families.

She also participated on numerous community committees and worked closely with regional and local mental health services, lawyers, police, doctors, psychiatrists and hospitals thereby rounding out her experience in a multitude of areas. Specialty interests include – anxiety and depression, self-esteem, relationship distress, life transitions, the impact of chronic illness, bereavement, grief and loss, trauma, existential disturbance, and spiritual and religious crisis. Rosalind’s approaches to therapy are – Collaborative and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – meaning she will work with you to help realize your goals.

Inviting, calm therapy spaces available including a new outdoor space with country views. Sessions can be done in person, by phone or video and may include my therapy dog, if requested.
