Janice Dinsmore Czechowsky practices counselling and therapy in Waterloo under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate who are members of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Jan is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

To prove the point she obtained her Doctoral Degree in Psychotherapy in 2008, Canadian Certified Addictions Counsellor designation in 2015, Canadian Certified Clinical Supervisor designation in 2016, Canadian certified Clinical Supervisor designation in 2017 and became a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario in 2017 to further assist families in their life journey.
Through her own organization, ACT Associates, and other EAP companies Jan has provided critical incident stress management interventions at 9/11, the earthquake in Haiti, downsizings of organizations, employee deaths, plant closures, fires, church breakdowns, and bank robberies. You know she is rooted in the reality of today’s world. She understands how these events can impact you and help you move through them so they do not become debilitating.
