Justin Hamilton (Il/Elle/Sa)
I grew up in Timmins, a city in Northern Ontario, and now live in Burlington with my loving wife and dog. I have extensive experience working with addiction and understand the importance of recovery. In addition to addiction support, I help individuals improve their communication skills, manage anger, and navigate relationship challenges. I also focus on helping clients reconnect with their core values and rediscover what truly matters to them. Life today can often feel complicated and overwhelming, but there is always a path toward peace and happiness—let’s talk about how to find yours.
My professional journey began at Community Living Brant and The John Howard Society, where I developed a deep appreciation for the strength and resilience of others. I later joined Holmes House Treatment Center in Simcoe, where I gained valuable experience working with a wide range of people on their recovery journeys. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible individuals who have taught me profound lessons about compassion, growth, and what truly matters in life.
I hold a diploma in Social Service Work from Sheridan College, a Bachelor of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University, and a Master of Social Work from McMaster University. My passion lies in helping others help themselves, empowering each person to uncover their strengths and move toward the life they deserve. I believe everyone is deserving of happiness—and I’m here to help you find yours.
