As a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist and co-founder of an internationally awarded recovery wellness program, my goal is to support you on your healing journey. I am honoured to work with first responders through the Encompas program as well as in my general practice.

I work collaboratively with clients, using evidence-informed approaches to address the challenges that may be preventing them from fully engaging in life—both at work and at home. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to equip you with tools and strategies that help you move through the issues that matter most to you.

Whether you are struggling with relationship difficulties, self-esteem, addiction, trauma, anxiety, grief, or depression, you deserve more than just coping—you deserve the chance to thrive. Together, we can work toward meaningful transformation so that you can choose to live rather than simply exist.

I also welcome clients who wish to integrate faith into their therapeutic experience, always recognizing that the client leads this aspect of the process.
