I provide confidential individual, couple, and family therapy out of my rural private practice office located just outside Gorrie, ON where the counties of Huron, Perth, Bruce & Wellington meet.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, I have specialized training in Child, Youth & Adult Mental Heath including Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideation & Self Harm; Strengthening Attachment/Marital Relationships; Therapeutic Parenting; Healing from Trauma/PTSD; Eye-Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR); and Overcoming Work & Performance Stress.
