CONTACT OUR ENCOMPAS CARE MANAGEMENT TEAM
I provide counselling and psychotherapy making use of evidence-based therapies. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, empathetic, and supportive. I work from a collaborative and strength-based perspective and help clients attain optimal mental health by creating a safe space in which they feel heard and validated. I treat clients with various issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, separation and divorce, illness and personal injury. I completed my Bachelor of Social Work at McGill University and was awarded my Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Attachment-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Additionally, I consider myself an Informed Internal Family Systems therapist. Over my career as a Registered Social Worker, I have worked in hospital rehab settings, healthcare clinics and on a Family Health Care Team.
