Her goal is to help you, the client, attain your full potential. In the first appointment, you will establish your goals for therapy and they will be reviewed regularly to see if they have changed and if you are on your way to reaching them. Ray’s goal is to see you improve and to be able to have a full life without the issues that have brought you to her door. Ray understands that small steps are important and help the client fine-tune their coping methods and reach their goals. Ray is francophone and can counsel clients in either French or English.
