CONTACT OUR ENCOMPAS CARE MANAGEMENT TEAM
I have worked in the field for over 35 years, specializing in recovery-oriented services that focus on mental health for individuals and couples. I believe people need the opportunity to freely discuss and heal from their unique journeys. For many years, I specialized in vocational rehabilitation counselling. In addition, I am a breast cancer survivor and have experienced firsthand the grief, loss, and uncertainty of a life-altering illness. My personal journey has deepened my empathy and understanding of the challenges my clients face. Teaching has also honed my skills in offering knowledge and mentorship to those working on their personal or professional life plans. I believe that a compassionate, calm, and open dialogue helps build strength in coping and fosters conviction in recovery. My specialties include mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, coping, and navigating life transitions. I also have extensive experience in vocational rehabilitation, assisting individuals with disabilities in returning to work, school, or training.
