My name is Adam Riley, and I am a Registered Social Worker in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I provide counselling to individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, offering support through a wide range of life challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and learning disabilities.

I strive to create a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space where clients feel respected and understood. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Meditation, Relational Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

I work with individuals experiencing significant life transitions, such as relationship changes or high-stress professional demands, and I help couples strengthen communication, connection, and intimacy. My goal is to help clients establish immediate tools and strategies for living well today while exploring deeper therapeutic issues that support lasting growth and resilience for the future.
