Ethno-Racial Identity:

This therapist practices under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate. If you are seeking supervised psychological services, an initial appointment must first be made with the supervisor to confirm appropriateness of fit.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Registered Teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT). I hold a Master’s degree from the University of Toronto and bring over 25 years of experience providing psychotherapy, educational, and career counselling to children, individuals, and families.

My clinical expertise includes working with clients facing a wide range of challenges such as domestic violence, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, childhood trauma, marital and relationship issues, ADHD, mood and behavioural concerns, and immigrant and refugee mental health. I also have extensive experience supporting children and individuals on the Autism Spectrum, helping them develop coping strategies, self-awareness, and emotional regulation.

I take an eclectic, trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) for children, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, and career assessment counselling. My work is grounded in compassion, empathy, and respect, with an emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
