This therapist provides mental health counselling under their own license, as well as practices under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate. If you are seeking supervised psychological services, an initial appointment must first be made with the supervisor to confirm appropriateness of fit.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a Registered Teacher with the Ontario College of Teachers. I hold a Master\'s degree from the University of Toronto and have over 25 years of experience in providing psychotherapy, educational, and career counselling services to children, individuals, and families. My clinical expertise includes working with clients who are facing a range of challenges such as domestic violence, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, childhood trauma, marital issues, ADHD, mood and behavioral concerns, as well as immigrant and refugee mental health. I also have extensive experience supporting children and individuals on the Autism Spectrum. In my practice, I utilize an eclectic approach that integrates various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT for children), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and career assessment counselling. I prioritize a trauma-informed approach, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing. My work is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a deep understanding of human experiences. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their struggles and work toward meaningful change. With a vast array of life experiences, I bring a unique perspective that allows me to connect with individuals on a profound level and offer tailored, effective support.
