Carolyn has a Doctorate Degree in Christian Counselling from Canada Christian College and is a Certified member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP).  Carolyn’s experience also includes several years as Professor at Canada Christian College. Current Board member positions include The Ontario Society of Adlerian Psychology (ONSAP), a group interested in encouraging and promoting the principles of Adlerian principles in daily living.

She has had the opportunity to speak at many conferences of her areas of expertise and has been a guest on 100 Huntley Street and host of Night Light Live on CTS.  She is presently adding “published author” to her credits, completing a book on Anger Management.

Carolyn believes that life is a journey and it is an honour to walk a short part of that journey with her clients.  She has 14 years of experience helping individuals, couples, children, and families with emotional and behavioural problems, grief, relationship difficulties and family breakdown.  She applies cognitive therapy with compassion, empathy, peppered with creativity and flexibility, thereby assisting her willing clients to regain their joy quickly.
