Cindy McClure is a Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Nurse with over 40 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She provides therapy for children, adults, and parents, helping clients navigate relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Cindy’s approach is eclectic and client-centered, integrating evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Practice.
Cindy holds a Master’s Degree in Behavioural Studies from the University of Chicago, a B.A. from the University of Guelph, and is a graduate of the Mack School of Nursing. She is registered and in good standing with both the Ontario College of Nurses and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She practices in Hamilton and St. Catharines, and also provides community-based crisis and trauma support, including services to remote First Nations communities in Northern Ontario.
Throughout her career, Cindy has held leadership and clinical roles in psychiatric therapy, child and adolescent mental health, and long-term care. She is known for her compassionate, practical, and collaborative style, drawing on decades of expertise to help clients foster resilience, healing, and meaningful change.
