Hello and welcome! I’m genuinely glad you’re here. I specialize in working with trauma and abuse, as well as the many ways these experiences can show up in daily life—such as shame, relationship challenges, mood difficulties, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, phobias, and OCD. My goal is to help you reclaim your life by connecting present-day symptoms to past experiences, fostering understanding, self-discovery, healing, and meaningful personal growth.

I use a variety of therapeutic modalities—primarily EMDR, in which I am certified, along with IFS and traditional talk therapy. These approaches help facilitate processing, strengthen the mind-body connection, and support your natural capacity for healing and transformation.

With over 20 years of experience as a trauma therapist, I am dedicated to offering compassionate, attuned understanding. My approach centers on building trust and creating a safe, empathetic space that honours each person’s unique journey. Together, we will work to heal deep wounds, resolve past trauma, and cultivate healthier relationships—both with yourself and with others.

Your healing matters, and I truly understand the courage it takes to seek therapy. If my approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out so we can explore whether we’re a good fit. Finding the right therapist is essential, and I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where you can heal and grow.
