This therapist provides mental health counselling under their own license, as well as practices under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate. If you are seeking supervised psychological services, an initial appointment must first be made with the supervisor to confirm appropriateness of fit.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (RMFT) with 17 years of experience providing individual, couple, and family therapy. Throughout my career, I have supported clients across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including Primary Care, Community Mental Health, and services tailored to First Responders and Healthcare Providers. I also bring extensive experience in organizational development, which informs my work with clients navigating workplace stress, leadership challenges, and career-related concerns.
My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, and centered on your unique circumstances, strengths, and vision for change. I aim to create a safe, confidential space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward the values that bring meaning and purpose to your life.
My work is always trauma-informed and Queer Allied, grounded in respect, inclusion, and a deep commitment to supporting each client’s individual journey.
