Michael Diotte is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Certified Trauma Counsellor with over 25 years of counselling experience. His practice, serving clients across the GTA and Durham Region, focuses on supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional, relational, financial, and personal challenges. Michael’s client-centered approach, which he calls Fusion Therapy, integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques to highlight clients’ strengths and guide them toward meaningful and lasting change.

With a calm and engaging presence, Michael creates a safe and supportive environment that fosters trust and collaboration. He provides psychotherapy and coaching in areas such as trauma, relationships, life transitions, workplace stress, and leadership development. As a Certified Life Coach with the Canada Coach Academy, he also offers mentoring for career transitions, work-life balance, and professional growth. His extensive background in business, financial management, and leadership training adds depth to his work with professionals navigating complex personal and occupational issues.

Michael brings specialized expertise in working with First Responders, WSIB and MVA clients, and members of the Indigenous community. A registered Métis citizen, he is dedicated to supporting those who experience high levels of stress and trauma, helping them build resilience and restore balance in their lives. He is a certified member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP), a member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF), a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and practices under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Guided by his motto, “Refreshing through Reconciliation,” Michael’s passion is to help people reconnect with their dreams, rediscover their potential, and move forward with renewed purpose and hope.
