I work with teens, adults, and seniors on a wide range of challenges that are important to them. I have worked extensively with addictions, trauma, vicarious trauma, PTSD, and caregiver stress, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss. I am experienced in supporting individuals through the justice system, and motor vehicle accidents, first responders and veterans. Since each person has a unique range of skills and challenges, I believe it is important to develop a good relationship/rapport with my clients in order to be successful in therapy. Everyone in life has different goals and I am here to assist you in reaching yours. To best match the needs of each person I see, I am able to draw from EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, MI, and EFT (for couples/family therapy). I am here to assist you in achieving your goals, whether that is improving daily functioning, finding a new normal, or building your dream life. I am prepared to walk with you on your journey, advocate when needed, and help you express yourself in meaningful ways.
