Ray also uses Emotion Focused Therapy, narrative therapy as well as working always from a strength based perspective. She has her level 3 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Ray has extensive experience working with individuals and couples that fit under the “lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgendered-queer-questioning” umbrella. She enjoys seeing clients in her private practice and co-leading workshops. Nothing makes Ray happier than seeing her clients improve and get better.
Ray is passionate about helping clients reach their full potential. Ray is genuine and transparent in her approach. Her goal is to help you, the client, attain your full potential. In the first appointment, you will establish your goals for therapy and they will be reviewed regularly to see if they have changed and if you are on your way to reaching them. Ray’s goal is to see you improve and to be able to have a full life without the issues that have brought you to her door. Ray understands that small steps are important and help the client fine-tune their coping methods and reach their goals.
Ray is francophone and can counsel clients in either French or English.
