Vera Voroskolevska
MSW, RSW, PhD, C.Psych, Registered Psychologist

Dr. Vera is a psychologist, as well as a registered master level social worker. She holds active registrations in good standing with Ontario College of Psychologists and Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Dr. Vera is particularly passionate about “helping those who help others” including caregivers/parents, teachers, healthcare providers, first responders, and individuals in leadership positions. In addition to her leadership role at Restore Balance, Dr. Vera also provides clinical consultation to other organizations and is a adjunct professor at Trent University in the Faculty of Social Work.
Dr. Vera assesses and treats a number of conditions that interfere with work/life balance issues. This includes trauma, relationships difficulties, substance use concerns, attention/concentration concerns, low mood, and anxiety. She also offers psycho-educational and ADHD assessments to remediate any difficulties through practical application of supports, allowing individuals to reach their full potential.
Dr. Vera’s no guff attitude means you are going to get answers that are straight to the point “no beating around the bush or no sugar coating the situation”. Her motto is – “person first, therapist second” because she understands how difficult it could be to reach out for help. Dr. Vera believes in active collaboration in sessions and actively seeks feedback from her clients.
