Zelda Hippolyte
M.A., MSW, R.S.W., Clinical Social Worker

I am a bilingual clinical social worker who graduated from McGill University and apprenticed within the Quebec CLSC system. I hold a Master’s degree in French (from the University of Western Ontario).
My approach is primarily CBT-based with incorporations of mindfulness, SFBT and EFT tailored to the specific needs of the client. As a registered social worker, my wider focus is always on treating the client(s) in context to ensure their optimal health and functioning within their particular social realm.
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and its related disorders, anger and stress management, self-esteem issues, gender-identity issues and trauma and relationship issues.
My clientele is adults, seniors, older adolescents, and couples. I do occasionally invite family members and loved ones to participate in extraordinary sessions when the client and I agree that it would be beneficial to the therapeutic process.
I work with you at your pace with the occasional nudge where necessary. I listen to you.
