Lesley Hoffman (She/Her)
I’m passionate about helping people do the hard work of understanding themselves and their relationships so they can create meaningful, lasting change. For more than 20 years, I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families—especially first responders and their loved ones—as they navigate stress, trauma, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
I help clients identify their goals, rebuild trust, and develop tools to communicate and thrive. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, drawing on evidence-based practices and neuroscience to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors work together. This insight empowers you to make sustainable change and find greater self-compassion.
For first responders and their families, therapy can be a place to process the impact of the job, manage the effects of trauma and shift work, and strengthen family bonds. You’ll leave each session with practical tools and strategies to support growth, resilience, and connection—both personally and professionally.
Our Care Management Team will respond as soon as possible to get you started.
