About the New Member Client Portal

The Encompas Program was designed to minimize barriers and facilitate easy, streamlined access to quality mental health treatment by providing centralized, wrap-around care navigation and support. And, over the course of the Encompas Program’s first year, we are pleased to have helped several hundred OPPA Uniformed and Civilian Members and their families, connect with quality treatments for their mental health issues that we know has made a tremendous difference in the lives of many OPPA Members.

The Encompas program is launching a monthly Mental Health Awareness and Communication Series (the “Series”).

About the Series:

The Series will alternate monthly between virtual Open Houses and a Speaker’s Series. Both the Open Houses and Speaker Series will include 30-45 minutes of presentation, followed by 15-30 minutes for questions and answers.

Speaker Series:

These presentations will provide education on topics and solutions for healing and resilience.  They will also showcase some of the speciality services such as Residential Treatment or Intensive Outpatient treatment.

Encompas Partners with Boreal Wellness Centres to Provide New Virtual Trauma Program

The Encompas Mental Health Wellness Program has partnered with Boreal Wellness Centres to provide access to a new virtual 10-week trauma program. Resilient Living TM delivered by Boreal Wellness Centres aims to improve daily functioning and quality of life for first responders who are experiencing the distressing effects of trauma. Upon completion of the program, clients will have new resiliency skills, insights, and resources to sustain a journey of recovery that includes weekly support groups.

New partnership improves access to mental health services for Encompas Mental Health Wellness Program

Dalton Associates is pleased to announce our partnership with the Ontario Psychological Association (OPA) to provide members, families and retirees of the Ontario Provincial Police Association (OPPA), and the OPP Commissioned Officers’ Association, with better access to mental health supports through the Encompas Mental Health Wellness Program.

This partnership will increase the number of mental health clinicians available and improve the way members access care. New technology, powered by Strata Health, will draw from the OPA’s robust database of care providers as well as the existing roster of care providers, rapidly and automatically matching police personnel with the best care based on unique needs
